At Container One, we strive to ensure your home organization solutions meet your exact needs; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items back into their original shipping containers, ensuring all hardware, dividers, and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, making sure to cover or remove any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your drop-off receipt until your refund has been fully processed by our warehouse team.
